Description | Ewedu (Cochorus olitorius) is one of those green leafy vegetables rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Ewedu soup is a simple Nigerian dish made with ewedu leaves (also known as jute or molokhia leaves) as the key ingredient.
