Ingredients: RedChili, Salt, Turmeric, Star Anise, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Brown Cardamom, Carambola, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Bay Leaves, Cloves Green cardamom, ginger, garlic, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein Sugar, canola oil, silicon dioxide, (anti-caking agent) Usage Instructions: Chicken (1 kg, cut into pieces) Shan Chicken Masala Mix (50g) Oil (1/2 cup) Yogurt (1 cup) Onions (2, finely chopped) Tomatoes (2, chopped) Water (as needed) Preparation: Heat oil in a pot and fry onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add chicken pieces and Shan Chicken Masala Mix. Stir well. Add yogurt and cook on medium heat until chicken is tender, adding water if needed for desired consistency. Simmer until oil separates from the gravy. Serving: Serve hot with rice, naan, or bread.
