Ingredients: RedChili, Salt, Turmeric, Star Anise, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Brown Cardamom, Carambola, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Bay Leaves, Cloves Green cardamom, ginger, garlic, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein Sugar, canola oil, silicon dioxide, (anti-caking agent) Usage Instructions: Chicken (1 kg, cut into pieces) Shan Chicken Masala Mix (50g) Oil (1/2 cup) Yogurt (1 cup) Onions (2, finely chopped) Tomatoes (2, chopped) Water (as needed) Preparation: Heat oil in a pot and fry onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add chicken pieces and Shan Chicken Masala Mix. Stir well.
