It is made from millet with a few local spices added to give it a particular taste and color. It is called Hausa koko because of the notion it was created in the Northern areas of Nigeria and Ghana.Afroase Fioretto White Maize Flour is a very fine, white corn flour that is mainly used in African cuisine for making porridge, fufu or pudding. Also suitable for breading fish and meat or for making cornbread. Free from gluten.
